How to Create an Employee Account
Go to the Employee List.

Click the Add Employee button.

Fill out the employee’s name, email, phone number, and address.

There are two types of users you can create: Receiver and Sender.
- Receiver: Uses the phone app to receive calls and tasks.
- Sender: Can generate calls and tasks from the Sender Portal.
A user account can be assigned as both types simultaneously.

By checking Send Info by Email, the login credentials along with the link to the phone application can be sent to the newly created employee via email.
