How to Use GetQCall Client Application
The GetQCall Client Application allows staff to receive and manage service requests, calls, and messages directly from customers who scan your business QR Codes. This guide walks you through downloading, logging in, and using all key features.
Step 1: Download the Application
- Search for “GetQCall Client” and install the application on your device.
Step 2: Log In
- Launch the app and enter the email and password provided by your administrator.
- If you do not have login credentials, contact your admin or manager to create an account.

Step 3: Enable Notifications
- Allow push notifications so you can receive instant alerts for new customer requests and messages.
Step 4: View Incoming Requests
- When a customer scans a QR Code and submits a request, a notification will appear in the app.
- Tap the notification to view request details, including:
- Location
- Customer message
- Time of request

Step 5: Accept and Respond
- Tap Accept to confirm that you will handle the request. The request will then be assigned to you and moved to the Service tab.

- Once the service is completed, tap Complete to mark the request as resolved.

Step 6: Check Service History
- Open the History tab to view all completed and pending requests.
- Details include:
- Creation time
- Status
- Response duration

Step 7: Update Your Profile
- Tap your Profile icon to update:
- Profile picture
- Name (Request to Account Administrator)
- Email (Request to Account Administrator)
- Phone
- Ensure all contact information is accurate.

Step 8: Change Profile Password
- Tap your Settings icon to update:
- Change password

Tips for Using the App Effectively
- Keep notifications Enabled to respond promptly.
- Regularly check Service History to monitor performance.
