Go to the QR Code List.

Click the Add New QR Code button.

There are a total of 4 steps to configure your QR Code.
Step 1: Enter QR Code name, choose how your QR Code will look. You can select the Basic design to use on flyers, business cards, or other materials, or choose Custom and pick one of the prebuilt templates.

Once all design settings are configured, press the Next button.

Step 2: Select one of the prebuilt page designs and click the Next button.

Step 3: There are 2 options for using the QR Code:
- Option 1: Basic – When a customer scans the QR Code, they will be directly forwarded to a preconfigured link or shown a text. (No custom page available.)
- Option 2: Custom – You can create a custom page by adding buttons, with each button assigned a different function.

There are 3 types of QR Code buttons:
- Service Button – When pressed, it can call or send a message to a staff member through the app or email.

- Info Button – Forwards the user to a link or displays a text message.

- Wi-Fi Button – Provides the customer with the Guest Wi-Fi password after collecting their name, email, and phone number.

After setting up all buttons and adding all necessary information, press the Next button.

Step 4: Select a location from the dropdown menu. You can choose only one location unless GPS Restriction is active. The QR Code page will automatically use the logo and social links from the location configuration.
If GPS Restriction is active and multiple location has been selected the logo and social links will be displayed based on the location where the QR Code was scanned.

Click the Save button to complete the QR Code configuration.
