The GetQCall Application is used for receiving requests from QR Code buttons or the Sender Portal.

• First Login: When logging into the application for the first time, you must change the default password.
• App Tabs: The app includes Service, Alerts, History, Profile, and Settings tabs.

Service Tab:

• Requests that you have accepted will appear here, allowing you to track and manage them efficiently.

Alerts Tab:

• New requests that require your attention will appear in this tab.

History Tab:

• Displays all accepted requests with full details, including:
• • Location from which the request originated
  • Purpose of the request
  • Time the request was made, accepted, and completed

Profile Tab:

• Update your profile avatar and phone number.

Settings Tab:

• You can temporarily turn off notifications during lunch or breaks.
• Additional settings are also available, including:
• • Changing your profile password
  • Logging out of the application
  • Sending a request to delete your account
