How to Download the Collected Customers info

GETQCALL allows you to download collected customer information for easy review, analysis, and record keeping. You can export customer data gathered through your QR Codes, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other available information, making it easier to manage customer records and use the data for your business needs.

Go to the Location List section from the main menu.

Click the Action button on the location you want to download, then select Customer Wi-Fi Info from the dropdown menu.

In the opened page, click the Export button. In the popup window, select the Start and End dates, then click Export.

The CSV file containing all the information will be downloaded to your computer.
