How to Set Up Wi-Fi Credentials for the Wi-Fi Button

You can set up Wi-Fi credentials for your GETQCALL Wi-Fi Button to connect the device to your business wireless network. Entering the correct Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password allows the button to establish an internet connection and communicate with the GETQCALL platform to send service requests when pressed.

Navigate to the Location List.

Under the selected location, press the Action button and choose Customer Wi-Fi Info.

Please note: you must use the same credentials as your Guest Wi-Fi.
