How to Use GETQCALL Client on Apple Watch
If your Apple Watch is paired with your iPhone, the GETQCALL Client app can be installed on your Apple Watch together with the iPhone application.

1. Install the GETQCALL Client App
Download and install the GETQCALL Client app on your iPhone.
If an Apple Watch is paired with your iPhone and automatic app installation is enabled, the GETQCALL Client app will also be installed on your Apple Watch automatically.
If the app does not appear on your Apple Watch, open the Watch app on your iPhone and verify that GETQCALL Client is available and installed.
2. Sign In to Your GETQCALL Account
Open the GETQCALL Client app on your iPhone and sign in using your GETQCALL account credentials.
Your Apple Watch works together with the paired iPhone and uses your authenticated GETQCALL Client account to receive service requests and alerts.
3. GETQCALL Apple Watch Home Screen

The main GETQCALL screen provides a quick overview of your current activity.
From the Home screen, you can see:
- Active Services – current service requests assigned or available to you.
- Pending Alerts – alerts that require your attention.
- Settings – access to basic account information and application options.
Tap any section to view additional details.
4. Receiving Notifications

When a new service request is generated through the GETQCALL system, a notification can be delivered directly to your Apple Watch.
The notification displays important information about the request, such as the service type and location or table number.
You can respond directly from your Apple Watch using the available actions:
- Accept – accept the service request.
- Reject – reject the service request.
- Dismiss – close the notification without taking action.
This allows staff members to react to incoming customer requests without having to take out their phone.
5. Alerts

Open the Alerts section to view your GETQCALL alerts.
The Alerts screen displays available alert information, including the source or location of the request and the requested action.
This section can be used to quickly review alerts that require attention.
6. Services

The Services section provides access to service requests received through GETQCALL.
Each service entry can display information such as:
- Service or system name
- Table, room, or location
- Date and time of the request
This makes it easy to review active and previous service activity directly from your Apple Watch.
7. Settings

The Settings section provides basic information about the currently logged-in GETQCALL user.
From this screen, you can view your:
- User name
- Account email
- Basic account information
You can also use Sign Out to log out of the GETQCALL Client application.
Using GETQCALL Client on iPhone and Apple Watch
The Apple Watch application is designed to work together with the GETQCALL Client app on your paired iPhone.
For the best experience:
- Keep your Apple Watch paired with your iPhone.
- Make sure notifications are enabled for GETQCALL Client.
- Keep your iPhone and Apple Watch connected to the internet when required.
- Make sure you are signed in to the correct GETQCALL Client account.
Once configured, your Apple Watch provides a convenient way to receive, review, accept, or reject GETQCALL service requests directly from your wrist.
