How to Rename the Location Name
You can rename an existing location in GETQCALL at any time to keep your account information accurate and organized. Updating the location name is useful when a business, branch, department, or service area changes its name, while keeping the existing location configuration and associated settings.
To rename your Business Location, go to the Location List.
Click on the location you want to rename, then update its name.
Click Save to complete the renaming process.
